4 Corner Resources is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ADA Workplace Accommodation/Leave Analyst to join one of our enterprise-level clients. This analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in the administration of workplace accommodations and leave programs, ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and related federal and state laws. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to employees and managers, coordinate accommodation requests, and facilitate leave processes while fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
This is a contract role and fully remote, but the candidate must sit in the Orlando, FL area.
ADA Workplace Accommodation/Leave Analyst Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the interactive process to assess, implement, and document workplace accommodations in compliance with ADA regulations.
- Review medical documentation and collaborate with healthcare providers to verify and support accommodation needs.
- Administer leave programs, including FMLA, disability, and state-specific leaves, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication.
- Provide employees with clear guidance on leave policies, eligibility, and return-to-work processes, including necessary accommodations.
- Stay informed about and apply federal, state, and local laws related to workplace accommodations and leave management.
- Conduct audits of accommodation and leave cases to ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Act as a resource for employees and managers, offering consultation and training on ADA and leave-related procedures.
- Handle sensitive cases with professionalism, discretion, and empathy to support both employees and organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and generate reports to analyze trends, compliance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, employee experience, and policy adherence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
ADA Workplace Accommodation/Leave Analyst Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, disability management, or leave administration.
- Hands-on experience managing ADA accommodations and FMLA leave processes.
- Familiarity with Florida-specific leave laws and regulations surrounding USERRA, HIPAA, ERISA, OSHA, FMLA, and DOL regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR or disability management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CDMS).
Duration: The contract is slated to go till July of 2025 with the opportunity of extension or permanency.
Pay Rate: Starting at $30+/HR.
Hours: M-F, normal business hours.
Location: 100% remote but if converted over perm it would be hybrid (3 days a week in the office).
